SPARTAN RING WARRANTY

“Azzurra” di Donato Giuseppe – Donatojewels offers a comprehensive legal warranty covering manufacturing and material defects for genuine SpartanRing branded products purchased from official Donatojewels – SpartanRing stores (including online) or from authorized Donatojewels – SpartanRing retailers. Warranty terms can be found in the Customer Service section at www.spartanring.com at any time. Warranty terms may vary by market and region. The warranty covers only damage that, in the discretion of “Azzurra” di Donato Giuseppe or an authorized Donatojewels – SpartanRing retailer, is not caused by accident or misuse, normal wear and tear, modification, attempted repair, negligence, or failure to follow the care instructions for special Donatojewels – SpartanRing products. Care Instructions are always available in the Customer Service section at www.spartanring.com.
Any item found to be defective under this warranty may, at the discretion of “Azzurra” di Donato Giuseppe or an authorized “Azzurra” di Donato Giuseppe – Donatojewels dealer, be replaced.

1. replaced with an identical part, if available.
2. replaced with a piece of equivalent value, or
3. repaired depending on the degree of damage suffered by the product under warranty, as well as depending on the feasibility and availability of replacement parts

This warranty service is provided free of charge.

The defective product must be taken to the nearest Donatojewels - SpartanRing store or an authorized Donatojewels - SpartanRing retailer, who will forward it to the appropriate Donatojewels - SpartanRing branch. Products sent by mail must be insured and shipped by registered mail. "Azzurra" di Donato Giuseppe assumes no responsibility for damage, loss, or theft during transport.

Please retain your purchase or delivery receipt, gift receipt, or certificate of authenticity. You will need it to submit your warranty claim. The receipt or certificate serves as proof of purchase and authenticity for the products purchased and as evidence of your entitlement to this warranty.

These warranty terms apply in the absence of specific warranty terms for specific products. "Azzurra" di Donato Giuseppe – Donatojewels reserves the right to modify or adapt these warranty terms with future effect, at its discretion, at any time.

This warranty does not affect your statutory rights.
2. What is not covered by the warranty?

This warranty does not cover damage to Donatojewels – SpartanRing branded products caused by accident, misuse, abuse, modification, attempted repair, negligence after purchase, normal wear and tear, and/or failure to follow the product care instructions. Care instructions are available in the Customer Service section of www.spartanring.com.

3. Who does the warranty apply to?

This warranty extends to the original purchaser of the Donatojewels – SpartanRing branded product and to subsequent owners of the product for the duration of the warranty. The purchase or delivery receipt, gift receipt, or certificate of authenticity issued by Donato Giuseppe – Donatojewels or an authorized Donatojewels – SpartanRing retailer serves as proof of purchase; all owners of the product must retain the receipt or certificate of authenticity in the event they need to make a claim under this warranty.
4. How long does the warranty last?

For "Azzurra" by Donato Giuseppe – Donatojewels in Italy and the online store www.Spartanring.com/ www.donatojewels.com/, we offer a two-year warranty on jewelry and accessories and a two-year warranty on all other products. The two-year warranty will be honored upon presentation of the original receipt. Any implied warranties under national law on this product are also limited in duration to the expiration of this warranty.

5. How do I submit a warranty claim?

A claim under this guarantee may be made:

(1) By contacting Donatojewels – SpartanRing Customer Relations at or by emailing customer_relation@donatojewels.com. After contacting Customer Relations, you will receive a Return Authorization Form along with instructions for returning your product in its original packaging, within 60 days, along with your receipt or certificate, to the Donatojewels – SpartanRing repairs office. You will be responsible for shipping the product and any related shipping charges. We recommend shipping the product by certified or registered mail, insuring the product for its retail value. “Azzurra” di Donato Giuseppe – Donatojewels will not be responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of the product during shipment.

(2) By going to a Donatojewels – SpartanRing store or an authorized Donatojewels – SpartanRing retailer. Bring your defective product, in its original packaging, along with the receipt, to the Donatojewels – SpartanRing store or the authorized Donatojewels – SpartanRing retailer nearest you. 6. What happens after the Donatojewels -SpartanRing repair office receives the product?

Eligibility for this warranty is determined upon receipt and inspection of the product. If it is determined that there is a material or manufacturing defect, the repair specialist will determine options for partial replacement, replacement, or repair, based on (1) the availability of replacement parts/replacement product and (2) the feasibility of repair. If it is determined that the damage is not a material or manufacturing defect, the After-Sales Repair Policy will take effect, giving you the option to have your Donatojewels -SpartanRing item repaired for a fee. Special Edition or Limited Edition, or any dated Donatojewels -SpartanRing product cannot be replaced.
